These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products and services from Lena Aspette LTD. Please read them carefully.
These Terms apply to the websites lenaaspette.com and smartshoppingacademy.com, both operated by Lena Aspette LTD.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to buy from us.

Some products may be offered with the option to pay in 2, 3 or 4 instalments. This is a single purchase split into scheduled payments. It is not a subscription and does not renew. By choosing to pay in instalments, you authorise us, via Stripe, to charge each scheduled payment on its due date. If a scheduled payment fails, the full outstanding balance becomes immediately due, and we may suspend your access until it is paid.
You accept these Terms when you complete a purchase. You should read these Terms and our Privacy Policy before buying.
This section sets out your legal cancellation rights and our refund policy. Because most of our products are digital with immediate access, specific rules apply.
Digital products — masterclasses and seasonal capsule guides. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, you lose this right once you start accessing the content, where you have given express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you will lose the cancellation right.
Style with Confidence — a service. Style with Confidence is a service. You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you ask us to begin the programme within those 14 days, you may still cancel during that period, but we may charge you a proportionate amount for the part of the programme already delivered up to the point you tell us you are cancelling. After the 14-day period the statutory cancellation right no longer applies, and the following goodwill terms apply instead:

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access and use the Content for your own use. You must not:

All Content and materials are owned by Lena Aspette LTD and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Buying a product does not transfer any ownership to you, other than the limited licence described above.
Our products provide styling guidance, education, and coaching for general informational purposes. Results vary from person to person and depend on your own circumstances and effort. We do not guarantee any specific result or outcome. Our Content is not professional financial, medical, or legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to digital content that is faulty or not as described. Our digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights are not affected by these Terms.
By creating an account, subscribing, or making a purchase, you agree that we may send you emails relating to your account and your purchases — including order confirmations, access details, and information we need to deliver the products you have bought (service messages). These are part of providing the products to you.
Separately, where you have agreed to receive marketing, we may send you marketing emails about our products, offers, and content. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time using the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, or by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect service messages relating to a purchase. We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in effect at the time you bought the product.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.
These Terms are between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
